Born and raised in Sacramento, Melissa is well versed in the Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Bay Area markets she serves. Her professional background is in management, having monitored a shop’s productivity, sales, loss, payroll budget, physical inventory, inventory budget, and various confidential documentation.

 

With experience planning, organizing, and directing all business activities, workload management, and utilization of resources, Melissa’s skills dovetail perfectly with those of a real estate professional. “My ability to get along with a wide variety of people in different settings makes it easy for me to assess the proper channels to handle all situations,” she says. Being reliable, fair, positive, accountable, empathetic, and understanding are values that extend into her personal and professional lives.

 

Giving back to her community, Melissa volunteers with St. Baldrick’s Foundation as a licensed cosmetologist. The rest of her time is devoted to her four boys, taking them to the great outdoors to go camping, hiking, and biking.
