Meet Charlie

Driven by the desire to make an impact on people, Charlie Chres is most fulfilled when he’s helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Having been a real estate investor since 2016, Charlie believes there are unlimited opportunities in the industry. He finds the best of those for his clients, and he’s passionate about showing them how to build wealth through real estate.

Charlie’s first real estate experience was assisting his mother with her rental property. When he learned how much it had appreciated, Charlie realized that real estate was the key to financial freedom, and he quickly developed a love of the business. After two years of finding houses for his friends and family members, and investing in real estate himself, Charlie made the fortuitous decision to offer his services to a broader clientele.

Also, a civil engineer with a degree from U.C. Davis, Charlie’s planning, managing, and real-world problem-solving skills give him an innovative edge that sets him apart from others in his field. Charlie’s core values of dedication, determination, communication, and trust fuel his mission to cater and adapt to his client’s needs.

When not working hard for clients, building his real estate portfolio, or mentoring others, Charlie can be found hiking, playing golf, and working on his jump shots on the basketball court. Originally from Cambodia, Charlie is fluent in Khmer. He’s always looking for ways to give back to his community and has plans to feed a village through his charity work in Cambodia.
