Born and raised in Sacramento, Eric not only brings a high-energy, go-getter spirit, but he’s well-versed in the intricacies of his market. He developed an interest in homes at a young age—some of his fondest memories are of accompanying his parents to open houses. After attending UC Davis and majoring in managerial economics—a natural fit for his inquisitive and analytical mind—Eric quickly realized that real estate would allow him to utilize all of his best assets in a career almost as fast-paced as him.
Most fulfilled when helping others, Eric places a strong emphasis on buyer education. Often working with first-time home buyers, Eric believes that many people simply don’t know their options. When Eric partners with a client, he seeks to leave no question unanswered, and no opportunity missed. Aware of the stress that can stem from homebuying, Eric feels most successful when he knows a client is making a calm, calculated, and confident decision. He relishes the opportunity to help families transition into the next stage of their life. Buying or selling a home is a huge step, but it shouldn’t be a huge stress. Eric ensures it’s not.
