Meet Julie

For Sacramento native Julie Vasu-Thompson, real estate is a family affair. Along with her twin sister, who is also a real estate agent, Julie was introduced to the Sacramento County market as a child. Her mother, Renie Vasu, was a community sales manager for regional top homebuilders, and her parents had their own family marketing company. Julie often watched her mother process home loan applications at their kitchen table, and by age 17, she started to work for one of the area’s top homebuilders. Since then, her love for selling homes in her hometown has only continued to grow.

 

Julie obtained her real estate license in 1997 and has truly enjoyed her profession for over 25 years. She is an energetic person who faces every challenge with a mindset that there is always a solution. Whether you are thinking of buying or selling, she is here to serve you. Her main concern is you, your happiness, and achieving your goals and needs — experience with your best interest at heart! Julie has closed over $260 million in sales and has earned numerous awards, including top producer and highest sales volume distinctions. Additionally, she is a Masters Club achiever and was recognized as the No. 1 new-home salesperson in Northern California.

 

In her free time, Julie enjoys being with her family and supporting her local community. She has participated in the Nike Women’s Fitness Festival to benefit WEAVE, the Turkey Trot Run to Feed the Hungry, and the Shamrock Half Marathon.
