Mei Shan Ng is driven by the core values of honesty, integrity, and good customer service. She aspires to help her clients generate wealth for their families and their future through smart real estate investments.
 
Born in China and raised in Hong Kong, Mei immigrated to the U.S. in 2001 and has enjoyed living in Sacramento ever since. She is bilingual and is passionate about helping clients from all walks of life with their exciting real estate investments. Mei is eager to share her extensive industry insight and to be a valuable guide for first-time investors as they begin to cultivate their real estate portfolios.
 
Mei graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2012 with degrees in economics and communications. She then went on to work at a Chinese-speaking insurance agency where her expert advice and guidance helped her clients unravel the complexities of insurance policies. This experience gave her a foundation of thoughtful communication and the ability to thoroughly analyze any situation and provide targeted advice to help her clients achieve their goals.
 
A skilled investor with her own properties, Mei brings added value to her clients with her keen insights on home improvement materials, prices, tools, and the latest trends in DIY projects. She keeps a steady pulse on the local market and knows the area and its diverse communities, which means you’ll be prepared for success with your next home purchase or sale.
 
Away from real estate, Mei enjoys hosting dinner parties, “Friendsgiving” events, and her family’s annual Thanksgiving dinner. She is an avid baker who can be found studying recipes and recreating delicious pastries and cakes to share with family, friends, and neighbors.
