Top-producing agent Samantha Tov is the founder of Portfolio Real Estate, a brand she created to serve the community with selfless, straightforward, open-hearted professionalism. For the past fourteen years, she’s been one of the go-to real estate professionals in Elk Grove. She’s led number-one teams, won many high-level awards, and trained countless top-producing agents.

 

Entrepreneurship is in Sam’s DNA. She is the daughter of asylum seekers and grew up helping her parents run their businesses after school and on weekends. Sam started her first restaurant at eighteen and got her real estate license in 1999. Twenty-six years of business expertise make her a formidable negotiator and fierce advocate.

 

Sam knows that it’s a real honor to earn a client’s trust and handle their biggest asset. She has a reputation for being an honest, tenacious agent that consistently gets her buyers the best deals and her sellers the highest returns. Sam has closed thousands of properties. She takes pride in educating her clients about the market so they can make smart decisions. When not living and breathing real estate, Sam dedicates her time to her two daughters. She aspires to be a role model for them, as her mother was for her. Sam’s biggest hobby is giving back. The generosity of the people who helped her family when they arrived in the U.S. continues to inspire Sam to make an impact in her community. She is the current president of Asian Real Estate Association of America, Greater Sacramento (AREAA) and is the incoming treasurer of the Sacramento Association of Realtors®.
