Timon’s extensive real estate experience and knowledge give him the ability to provide clients with an exceptional level of service. After studying business and computer science at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, Timon launched his career as an equity asset manager, where he negotiated and sold over 2,000 homes as an agent and conducted extensive research on properties throughout the United States. He also spent a number of years flipping homes under his own company name, acting as general contract manager and overseeing all aspects and phases of each remodel. Timon has also been an active contract painter since 1991 and has a keen eye for design and detail.

 

Timon lives and works in Yolo County in West Sacramento. Born in South Korea and adopted by Irish parents, Timon grew up in Woodland, California. He has always called Sacramento and the surrounding areas home, and he uses his native knowledge to provide a thorough understanding of the county’s diverse neighborhoods. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find Timon coaching wrestling, wandering hiking trails, golfing, pumping iron at the gym, and spending time with his family. He is happily married and has four kids—with another little one on the way.
