Five acres out in Fairview Valley in north Apple Valley with a setting that feels a little more private than your typical desert lot. You’ve got mountains wrapping around the area, giving it that almost canyon like feel, but you can still see out across the valley and the dry lakebed nearby. It’s a cool mix of being tucked away without feeling closed in. Utilities are a bit further out toward Papago Rd, so this one is best suited for off grid living, camping, or just having your own spot to get away for a bit. There’s plenty of space to spread out, bring your toys, and set things up however you want. If you’re looking for something quiet with some personality and better views than the average flat parcel, this is definitely worth checking out. Take a drive out and see if it feels like your kind of place. This property does not have an address assigned. "712 Oldenburg Rd" is for listing purposes only.
