Meet Limin

Limin Wang is passionate about helping each first-time buyer discover and acquire the home of their dreams. Believing that success is 1% inspiration, 2% attention to detail, and 98% perspiration, she works tirelessly for her clients and keeps a close eye on the particulars. Her goal is to make every client’s home search or sale stress-free, pleasant, and memorable.

 

Before diving into her real estate career, Limin worked extensively in customer service, where she honed her communication and relationship skills. Limin bought her first house when she was only 25, which was the spark that set her on the path of becoming a Realtor®. Since getting her license, Limin has found that real estate is her ideal career. She loves building strong relationships, and her clients and colleagues appreciate her thorough communication skills. They know she listens intently and always works toward the best outcome for all involved.

 

Limin was born in China, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in education there. When she moved stateside, she lived in Boston before realizing that the California sun was just too good to resist. She’s lived in Sacramento since 2015, and there’s no place she’d rather be.

 

In her free time, you might find Limin hiking in the California mountains or kayaking wherever there’s water. More than anything, though, you’ll probably find her building deeper connections with the people around her.
